这件定窑印刻云龙纹斗笠碗，是宋代北方著名瓷窑，窑址在河北曲阳涧磁村，始烧于晚唐、五代，盛烧于北宋，金、元时期逐渐衰落 。以烧造白釉瓷器为主，装饰方法有划花、刻花、印花和捏塑等， 内胆刻画云龙纹张力十足，作为构图以龙和云组成，龙为主纹、云为辅纹，龙或驾云疾驰，或云间飞舞。斗笠碗因形似斗笠得名，撇口、弧腹、圈足，这种造型在宋代较为流行 ，宋定窑真品，白定胎土细腻，胎质薄而有光，印花工艺成熟，纹饰生动流畅，具有极高收藏价值(This Ding kiln carved cloud dragon patterned bamboo hat bowl is a famous porcelain kiln in northern China during the Song Dynasty. The kiln is located in Jianci Village, Quyang, Hebei Province, and was first fired in the late Tang and Five Dynasties.
