此罐使用氧化钴为呈色剂绘出的青花纹饰，上下四层，上层为水波纹，第二层饰缠枝牡丹，底层绘变体莲瓣纹俗称八大码，中间主题画面描绘战国时期传说中鬼谷子下山故事整体画面饱满，疏密有致主次分明，浑然一体，人物刻画流畅自然，气韵生动。线条皴法酣畅潇洒笔笔精致，青花发色浓艳适中，为世间人们所认之 This pot uses cobalt oxide as coloring agent to draw blue and white patterns. It has four layers, the upper layer is water ripple, the second layer is peony wrapped branches, and the bottom layer is lotus petal pattern, commonly known as badadai.
